Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has a strong presence in the commercial maintenance sector.
It is currently looking to hire a proven Account Manager for a hard services contract in Reading.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the engineering maintenance to a commercial business park.
This includes 5 commercial office blocks (landlord’s side), and all communal grounds maintenance of the estate, this comprises of street lighting, signage, and roads.
There is also a HV element to some of these buildings.
The successful Account Manager will have a team of 5 people that includes maintenance engineers, contract support and a helpdesk.
You will run a 1m P&L, put together monthly reports and meetings with the client, and there is a strong focus around energy management.
