Our client is a specialist M&E Service Provider that is currently enjoying a growth period. It is looking to hire an experienced Estimator to work within the small works projects team.

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering precise cost assessments for repairs, maintenance, and projects predominantly in the commercial sector. Your role is to consider all pertinent information about each job and provide detailed information on the costs involved in carrying out the work.

You must have a proven track record in a similar role and have either an electrical or mechanical background with relevant qualifications. In addition, you will also play a key role in the delivery of small works projects.

The successful Estimator must have strong technical knowledge, be organised, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills. You will also be expected to visit sites as and when required.
