My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, due to an expansion of the mobile team, they are looking to recruit a mobile plumber/mechanical maintenance engineer. You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in plumbing mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- All ppm's on pipework, copper and PVC
- L8 water treatment
- Flushing
- Correct temperature checks
- Plant checks on pumps and motors
- PPM's and fan coil units
- AHU and splits filter changes
- TMV's checks and replacements
- Keeping up records and reporting back to the supervisor
Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday. Salary is £45K, with call out 1 in 7, van, phone, laptop, fuel card, tools, uniform and much more. This is a great opportunity to join a large FM provider.
