Overview

Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently enjoying a growth period and looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Reading.

Key Responsibilities

As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will cover numerous client sites ranging from small hospitals, commercial office space, to research centres. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites, with 80% PPMs and 20% reactive works including some minor installs. You should be able to fault‑find and be pro‑active, helpful and multi‑skilled.

Won Qualifications

A proven track record of working in a similar role and relevant qualifications are required. City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or equivalent is expected.
