My client is a leading facilities provider, due to an expansion of contract, they are looking to recruit a mechanical/HVAC supervisor. You will have your mechanical or AC qualifications as well as FGAS Cat 1 and a proven background in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- Looking after 4 direct reports
- Ensuring PPMs are carried out and KPIs are hit, uploaded, and completed on CAFM system
- Making sure all HVAC systems are working
- Compliance is completed
- Reporting back to contract manager
- Conducting general toolbox talks
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £52K with 1 in 5 call out, plus overtime (if wanted) and company benefits.
