My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance operative to join the teams in Wembley. You will have a background in maintenance as well as be client facing.
Sector: Property Maintenance
Duties will include all planned and reactive maintenance including:
- Basic carpentry (e.g. door closures)
- Basic plumbing (e.g. changing toilet seat, taps)
- Changing lamps
- Basic tiling
- Basic painting
- Helping other maintenance operatives
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 with Bonus 12.5%, overtime and company benefits.
