My client is a leading service provider. Due to an expansion of contract, they are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer (electrical bias with BMS experience) to work on a flagship contract.
You will have your City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: High End Commercial Offices
Duties will include:
- All PPM and reactive maintenance on high end commercial offices
- Monitor and react to the BMS system
- Investigate and report all faults
- Liaise with BMS engineers when needed
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £50-55K, plus call out, overtime and good company benefits.
