Our client is a national FM Provider with a solid presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a qualified Maintenance Electrician for a shopping centre in Essex. As the Maintenance Electrician you will join a small maintenance team that carry out the daily planned and reactive maintenance to the site. This includes but will not be limited to lighting, power, ballasts, fault-finding and supporting with minor works.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role and be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds Equivalent. In addition, you will also join the callout rota which is 1 week every 4 weeks.

Our client is offering:

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
  • Call out
  • Overtime
  • Pension
  • 25 days holiday plus BH
