My client is currently recruiting for a shift leader for a government contract in London. You will have your city and guilds/NVQ level 3 in Electrical or AM2 as well as 18th edition, pass DV clearance, and previous experience within commercial maintenance.
Duties will include looking after a shift team (4 engineers), as well as duty day engineer, making sure all KPIs and PPMs are carried out. Helping engineers and sub-contractors, fault finding to panels, distribution boards, BMS systems, UPS checks as well as general paperwork and reporting back to the maintenance manager, this is a critical environment.
Hours: Shift 2 on 2 off nights and days.
