Our client is a global law firm with a large presence in the UK, it is a true market leader.

It is looking to hire a Senior Technical Services Manager who will report into the Head of Facilities and oversee the UK engineering services department.

The successful Senior Technical Services Manager will oversee an inhouse team and specialist sub-contractors that together deliver critical services and life safety systems.

The role will involve but not be limited to engineering delivery, compliance, H&S, audits, projects, energy management, and monitoring KPIs and SLAs of the service partners.

In addition, the Senior Technical Services Manager will ensure that systems are fully operational and compliant, these include HV/LV network, BMS, GSHP, Fire Alarms, UPS, Lighting Controls and Lifts.

The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organised, willing to travel, analytical, and commercially astute.

You must have a proven track record in a similar role and have a strong engineering background.
