Mobile Maintenance Supervisor My client is a leading hard services maintenance contractor.
They are currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance supervisor for a flag ship contract.
You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition, proven track record in commercial maintenance and supervisory.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance You will be supervising 9 maintenance engineers looking after a mixed portfolio of occupied and non occupied buildings (mainly non occupied).
Duties will include making sure ppm's and KPI's are hit, working with engineers, escalations, working with the client for any technical issues, working with the TSM, making sure H&S is adhered to, writing reports and general admin duties, tool box talks.
Hours are 8am to 5pm (travel included) Salary is 50K with car, laptop, phone, fuel card and many other benefits.
