We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hard Services Manager to join an iconic Arts Entertainment Venue in Central London.
This is a 2-year fixed term contract.
As the Hard Services Manager, you will report into the Head of Facilities and be responsible for the delivery of the maintenance to the Grade II listed property.
Your team will consist of 24 people, M&E Engineers, Fabric Techs, Supervisors, and the Helpdesk.
Your main responsibilities include all planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, reports, paperwork, water systems (L8), and a complex fire alarm system.
In addition, you will also oversee over 30 specialist contractors.
The successful Hard Services Manager must have an engineering background, you must also have strong people management skills, be able to lead and motivate a team, and get the best out of people.
