Our client is a national FM Service Provider that has an impressive and varied client portfolio across the UK. It is currently looking to hire for an exciting opportunity in the South. This role is available due to the current person in post retiring after a successful career with the business.
The successful Authorising Engineer will cover the South of England from just north of the West Midlands all the way to the south coast. This is a fully remote role; ideal locations would be Birmingham or London given their transport links.
As the Authorising Engineer (F-Gas), you must have a solid background and be a subject matter expert in commercial Refrigeration. You will be on hand to respond to any technical refrigeration issues from over 150 engineers across the South. Their sites belong to a variety of sectors, including healthcare, offices, schools, fire stations, industrial, and power stations.
In addition, the Authorising Engineer (F-Gas) will also be expected to carry out audits that fall within Commercial Refrigeration. Experience of auditing is not essential as this can be taught.
Our client is offering:
- £59,500
- £5,200 car allowance per year or company car
- 5% performance-based bonus per year
- 5% pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave

The selected Authorising Engineer (F-Gas) must have a proven track record in a similar role or be at Supervisor level and ready for the next step. You can expect to travel a handful of times per month, but the role is remote.
