Our client is an established FM Service Provider with an international presence. It is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager in London. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts in Central London and the delivery of all hard services to these.
You will oversee a team of supervisors, engineers, admin and support. In addition, you will have regular meetings with your clients, present, run a £1.5m P&L and manage various stakeholders.
The successful Account Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, come from a technical engineering background, be commercially astute, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and have excellent client relationship building skills.
