My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance contract manager based in Liverpool. You will need a technical background as well as a proven track record as a manager.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
You will be managing two sites, one in Liverpool and one in Chiswick, London. The main site in Liverpool has one supervisor and three engineers. Chiswick has a supervisor and two engineers. You will also be looking after administration, sub-contractors, compliance, P&L (some not all), working with the client, overseeing any projects, and reporting to the client and senior managers, as well as other duties.
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary is up to £55K with a £5K car allowance as well as company benefits. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing FM provider who can offer ongoing development.
