Our client is a global Property and FM Service Provider, with an impressive portfolio of clients across many sectors. It is currently looking to hire a Shift Leader for a corporate site in Canary Wharf.
As the Shift Leader, you will come from an electrical background and hold all relevant qualifications, certificates and be HVAP, which are all essential. The successful Shift Leader will run a small team of 2 engineers when on nights and an additional 4 when on days, joining a continental shift pattern.
The Shift Leader's time will be split 50:50 between being on the tools and team management. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise, lead and motivate a team, and liaise with clients in a corporate environment.
In addition, you must have excellent knowledge of:
- BMS Controls
- HVAC
- Operational Experience of UPS
- Standby Power
- Critical Environment Cooling
Our client is offering:
