Our client is national FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
It is currently looking to a hire a HVAC Maintenance Engineer in Birmingham City Centre for a very unique opportunity.
As the HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for two large retail stores in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for delivering the planned and reactive maintenance to two flagship stores, you will do this yourself or if the problem is bigger and more complex you have the support of a wider mobile maintenance team.
The successful HVAC Maintenance Engineer will spend 75% of their time on the tools and 25% building the client relationship.
It is important that you have excellent communication skills and understand customer service as well as having a good multiskilled technical background.
You will essentially be the FMs number 2 for the London part of the contract.
