Our client is a nice sized SME FM Service Provider, it has around 500 employees. It is currently enjoying an exciting growth period and has created various new senior opportunities. It is looking to hire a Technical Services Manager who will work across the group.
The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the reactive repair and planned maintenance programmes across the company’s portfolio. You will have overall responsibility for the delivery of project management services and technical compliance. In addition, the Technical Services Manager will establish, implement, and maintain effective management systems and procedures in the delivery of the company’s CAFM system.
Applicants for this newly created opportunity must have a proven track record in a similar role and have a strong engineering background. This is a fully remote (national) role that will involve travel. You can be based anywhere.
Our client is offering:
- 70,000-75,000 pa
- Car allowance or Company Car - 6,600 pa
- Pension contribution 5%
- Death In Service cover - 2 x salary
