Our client is a lovely FM (facilities management) Service Provider with an impressive client portfolio across the UK.
It is currently looking to hire an experienced Contract Manager in the North East of England.
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for 5 contracts in the surrounding area of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
The contracts are all hard service delivery within the (PFI) healthcare sector.
You will oversee a team of managers, engineers and projects managers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance, and small works projects to the hospitals.
The successful Contract Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role and have a good understanding of how the PFI model works.
You must have excellent client relationship building skills, be a logical thinker, organised, good attention to detail, and contract management.
