Our client is a specialist infrastructure and investment services company with a strong focus in the education and healthcare sectors. It is currently looking for an Operations Manager for a student accommodation site in Hatfield.
As the Operations Manager, you will ensure delivery of Total Facilities Management services to the site. You will deliver all hard and soft services through the management of specialist FM contractors, monitoring their performance and ensuring all KPIs are being met in accordance with the PPP contract.
You must have strong knowledge of hard services and lifecycle planning. The successful Operations Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role and have worked in PFI or PPP contracts. You must have excellent contractual management and attention to detail, as well as exceptional people management and client relationship building skills.
Our client is offering:
