Our client is a National FM Provider with a strong presence in the government sector. It is looking to hire an inhouse FM Consultant for a government building in Westminster. As the FM Consultant, you must have a proven track record in operations, strategy and project delivery in a hard services environment. You will join a key government contract and work closely with the operations and projects team to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract. This is a PFI contract and getting ready for hand back.
The successful FM Consultant must have an engineering background, have excellent stakeholder management, be able to check and handover projects and move on to the next task quickly and efficiently. You must be diplomatic yet firm and be able to get the job done. You will ideally have experience of operating in government contracts and hold SC Clearance.
