Our client is an established FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician for a Shopping Centre in Derby. As the Maintenance Electrician, you will join a team of engineers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to the whole site. You will carry out daily PPMs, and reactive works that includes but is not limited to Lighting, Power, Lamps, AHU, FCU, Filter Changes and other minor fabric works.
The successful Maintenance Electrician must have a proven track record in a similar role and be qualified to City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent. You must also have good communication skills and be a team player.
Our client is offering:
- £43,000 basic salary
- Annual company bonus
- Mon - Fri days
- Alternating shift 6am - 2.30pm and 12.30pm - 9.00pm
- 1 weekend in 3
- NO Call Out
- Pension
