My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance plumber/mechanical day maintenance engineers based in Brighton. You will have a plumbing or mechanical qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Retail
Duties will include:
- Plant checks on pumps and motors
- Fault finding if any problems
- Basic plumbing duties including taps, changing pans, changing PVC pipes and general water treatment maintenance
- Basic checks on AC including splits and multi-splits
- Basic maintenance in AHUs
- Work with the team on site
- Escort sub-contractors
Hours: 7-4 Monday to Friday
Salary: £42K with call out, overtime and company benefits.
