Our client is a London based M&E Service Provider; it is currently looking to hire an experienced Contract Manager for a site in the City of London.
As the Contract Manager, you will have full responsibility for the hard services delivery to a corporate client.
You will manage a team of maintenance engineers, contract support and all client relations.
In addition, you will also have full P&L responsibility for the contract.
The successful Contract Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role and understand operating in a corporate environment, this is key.
You must also have an engineering background and good M&E knowledge.
