Our client, a university in South West London is looking to hire a proven Building Services Maintenance Engineer. This is a lovely new role to join a large and closer team of guys.
As the Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will join a lovely established team that carry out the day to day maintenance of the university campus.
The successful Building Services Maintenance Engineer must be fully qualified to City and Guilds standard, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have the 18th edition.
If you are not 18th edition, our client will support you to upgrade your papers.
Qualified mechanical engineers can also apply if they are multi-skilled.
As the Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out work that includes PPM, FCU, AHU, Water Treatment, Chillers, BMS, and 3 phase power supply.
This role is a lovely role which requires call-out (1 in 6) and is a comfortable environment to be in.
There is minimal progression and is a standard day role.
35,000 - 37,0008am β 5pm25 days holiday plus BHPension matched to 6%Overtime Training and development to upskill electrical tickets.
