My client is a leading FM provider, due to a renewal of a contract, they are currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician to join the team. You will have your electrical qualifications as well as 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- All ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting
- Small lighting installations
- Power, single and 3 phase, sockets and floor boxes
- Fault finding to fuse boards and panels
- Checking electrical equipment and fault finding
- Escorting sub contractors
- General paperwork
- Helping other engineers
Salary: Up to 43K with van, tablet, fuel card, overtime and much more.
Hours: Based on 8-5 Monday to Friday.
