I am currently recruiting for my client in Brighton for a fabric technician/Caretaker for a University Halls of Residence. You will have a proven background in maintenance and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Sector: Education
Duties will include:
- PPM's such as temp tap tests
- TMV temp tests
- Checks on shower heads
- Walk rounds
- Fixing cupboard doors
- Blockages
- Changing toilet furniture
- Small painting projects
- General day-to-day maintenance jobs
£16.50 p/h based on Monday to Friday 7-4 or 8-5. Parking is available and the position could lead to a permanent position.
