I am currently recruiting for a mobile AC engineer. You will have a City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent with FGAS Cat 1, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance. You will be working out of London covering commercial buildings.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- All PPM and reactive maintenance on splits and multi-splits
- AHUs, changing filters and adjusting belts
- VRVs, ARFs, PPM checks on chillers
- General PPMs on site
- Escorting sub-contractors
- Working with other mobile engineers
- General paperwork
Hours: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £48K basic with overtime and 1 in 4 call out
This is a great opportunity to work for a large maintenance provider, who can offer great benefits and ongoing training as well as working outside of London.
