My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance electrician. You will have your electrical qualifications AM2/NVQ3 or apprenticeship trained with your test and inspection, as well as a background in commercial maintenance.
Sector: High End Commercial Landlord.
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on the landlord and energy side. From basic fault finding on sockets/data points, lighting, to fault finding in distribution boards and panels, diagnosing problems using BMS systems, testing new circuits and installations, understanding the M&E and HVAC systems and diagnosing problems and outages, working with colleagues, sub-contractors and general compliance and paperwork.
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week.
Salary is Β£55K plus yearly bonus, company benefits, free parking, overtime and much more. This is a great opportunity to join an in-house team, who can offer great benefits.
