My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider. They are currently seeking a maintenance electrician for a site based in Bristol. You will have city and guilds/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrician, with experience within a maintenance environment.

Sector: Health

Duties will include:

  • All PPM and reactive maintenance on site, including lighting, changing lamps, PIR etc.
  • Changing sockets/data points.
  • Fault finding back to fuse boards and panels.
  • Fault finding to equipment.
  • General PPM's on AHU's, fan coil units, plant checks.
  • General paperwork, reporting back to supervisor and working with the client on site.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary is £36.5k - £38K depending on experience, plus overtime, company benefits and much more.
