Covering all ppm and reactive maintenance. You will have electrical qualifications, 18

and a proven
track record
in commercial maintenance. Sector: Commercial Maintenance Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, emergency lighting, changing sockets, small installations, fault finding back to panels, plant checks, escorting sub-contractors, updating the
cafm
system, carrying out
ppm's
on water and heating checks. Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday Salary up to 45K with NO call out, overtime available. This is
