My client is currently recruiting for an account manager based in St Helens. Being technically qualified would be an advantage but not essential, but experience with hard and soft services and FM are essential. PFI experience would be advantageous.
Sector: PFI Education
Duties will include looking after all projects both hard and soft services, taking responsibility for all P&L, making sure all legal and contractual procedures are followed, ensuring projects are on time and within budget, development and succession planning, as well as leading a team.
Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary is £53K, plus car, plus bonus.
