I am currently recruiting for a shift leader for a flagship contract in London. You will be either mechanically or electrically qualified with a background in commercial maintenance. You will have the ability to be the AP approved (client will put you through the course) as well as passing a CTC clearance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- Looking after a shift team
- Ensuring all PPMs and reactive maintenance is carried out
- Logging KPIs and PPMs
- Logging and actioning any faults
- Looking after sub-contractors on site
- AP duties (once qualified)
- Conducting toolbox talks
- Helping engineers with any technical issues
