Our client is an established national FM Service Provider with a variety of clients. It is looking to hire a HVAC Supervisor in Cumbria to work at a large industrial site. As the HVAC Supervisor, you will have a team of maintenance engineers that report into you and carry out the daily planned and reactive maintenance to the site's building services. You will be focused on the site's HVAC and mechanical works.
The successful HVAC Supervisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, have a good HVAC background to Level 3 or equivalent. In addition, you must have excellent communication and client management skills.
Our client is offering:
- £46,200 basic salary
- Mon - Fri (38 hrs per week)
- 5 Days per week, followed by 4 days per week
- Pension
- Training and development opportunities
This is a very interesting role and site to work at with good long-term prospects.
