I am currently recruiting for my client for a plumber/handyperson for a school. You will have a plumbing qualification as well as experience within commercial maintenance and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance.
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on site, including:
- Changing taps
- Pans
- Small pipe work (PVC and copper)
- Blockages
- Cisterns
- Water heaters
- Water checks
- Basic handyperson duties around the site
You may get asked to help out on other sites now and then, but a van will be provided.
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm.
Salary is £35K with call out 1 in 3 (paid for being on call as well as being called out) with overtime and company benefits.
