Our client is a national FM Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors. It is looking to hire a proven Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Harwell, Didcot.
As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will join a team of 4 and be the site's main mechanical engineer. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to:
- pumps
- motors
- AHU
- plumbing
- water systems
- extract fans
- sprinkler testing
- fire alarm tests
- other related building services
The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer must have a proven track record in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification to NVQ Level 2 or 3. In addition, you will join the call-out rota, be able to work by yourself and together with your team.
Our client is offering:
- £45,000 - £46,350 basic salary
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Call out (1 in 5) £100 stand-by
- Overtime available
