Our client is an established national FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a proven Maintenance Supervisor for a shopping centre in Derby.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and will report into the contract manager. You will spend about 80% of your time supervising and ensuring your team are completing all PPMs and reactives on time and in accordance with the contract, and 20% of your time will be spent supporting the team on the tools and providing technical support.
The successful Maintenance Supervisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be an inspiring team leader, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong engineering background, ideally electrical.
Our client is offering:
- £47,000 - £49,000 basic salary
