You will have your full electrical quals, as well as 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Maintenance Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, small lighting installations, fault finding on boards, single and 3 phase, fire alarm checks, changing sockets, disconnecting pumps, motors and electrical equipment, check on bms system, escorting contractors and general paperwork.
