Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently enjoying a growth period and looking to hire an experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Surrey.
As the Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will cover numerous client sites which range from small hospitals, commercial office space, to research centres. You must have a proven track record of working in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Mechanical Engineering.
The successful Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites e.g. pumps, motors, AC and other related building services. 80% will be PPMs and 20% will be reactive works.
Our client is looking for good Mechanical Maintenance Engineers who can fault-find, are pro-active, want to help and are multi-skilled.
