My client is currently recruiting a maintenance plumber to join the team. You will have a plumbing or mechanical qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include:
- Pipe work on copper and PVC
- Changing taps, washers
- TMV checks/replacements
- Temp tap tests
- Replacing sinks, pans, seats and toilet furniture
- Helping out the maintenance team
- General paperwork
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £35K, with call out, overtime and company benefits.
