My client is a leading hard services provider. Due to a new contract win, my client is recruiting a handyperson to join an established team. You will have a proven track record in commercial maintenance and be able to pass an airside security check.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- All planned and reactive maintenance
- Carpentry including changing locks, adjusting and replacing door closures
- Checking doors and fire doors
- Repairing flooring
- Basic plumbing, changing taps, toilet furniture
- Painting
- Small wet trades
- Helping out with other engineers
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: 36K plus overtime and company benefits.
