My client is a leading FM provider. They are currently recruiting for a maintenance handyperson to work at a high-end client in Farnborough. You will have a trade qualification, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- All planned and reactive maintenance
- Basic carpentry: changing locks, door handles, digi locks, door closures
- Basic plumbing: changing taps, toilet furniture, blockages, temp taps test
- Painting
- General office moves
- Supporting engineers with day-to-day maintenance
Hours: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: Up to £38K with overtime and company benefits.
