My client is a leading facilities provider. They are currently recruiting for a mobile mechanical engineer based in Crawley. You will have a mechanical/plumbing qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- PPM and reactive maintenance on split units, fan coil and AHUs
- Mainly filter cleans and checking belts
- Checks on boilers
- Basic plumbing tasks, blockages, leak detection, TMVs and basic tasks
- Plant PPMs
- Escorting sub-contractors
- Helping other engineers and general compliance
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £43K, with van, phone, iPad, tools, company benefits and much more.
