My client is a leading FM provider; they are looking to recruit a maintenance electrician based in Wembley. You will have your City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance Retail
Duties will include:
- All PPM and reactive maintenance on lighting
- Fault finding back to panels and distribution boards
- Checking panels and risers, sockets, floor boxes and data points
- Emergency lighting and tests
- General maintenance duties and escorting sub-contractors
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £45K with overtime (if wanted), call out 1 in 8 and company benefits.
