Our client is an established FM Service Provider, with an impressive national client base. It is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Fabric Engineer for a shopping centre in Leicester. As the Fabric Engineer, you will join a maintenance team of 7 who carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to all the communal areas of the shopping centre.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Flushing taps
- Fixing locks
- Minor P&D
- Basic plumbing
- Lamp changing
- Other related minor fabric works
The successful Fabric Engineer must have a proven track record in a similar role and have good all-round maintenance skills. In addition, you must also have good communication skills, be a team player and understand delivering good customer service.
What's on offer:
- £32,000 basic salary
- Mon-Fri days
- Rotating shift (7am - 3.30pm & 12.30pm - 9.00pm)
- Call out - £150 per week stand-by
- Pension
