My client is currently recruiting for a lead shift maintenance electrician based at a research institution in Sutton. You will have an electrical qualification as well as 18th edition and test and inspection, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- Planned maintenance within the building and the labs
- Plant checks in the morning
- Lighting, lamp changing and small installations
- Fault finding back to fuse boards, panels, sockets, data points
- Reactive maintenance
- Lead and help with the testing schedule on the shutdowns (twice a year)
Hours: 7-7 Days only, 4 on 4 off
Salary: Β£47.8K with shift allowance when on shift, overtime as well as company benefits.
