- Sector: Commercial Maintenance
- You will be managing 2 sites: one in Liverpool and one in Chiswick, London.
- The main site in Liverpool has 1 supervisor and 3 engineers.
- Chiswick has a supervisor and 2 engineers.
- You will also be looking after admin as well as subcontractors, compliance.
- P&L (some not all), working with the client, overseeing any projects, reporting to client and senior managers, as well as other duties.
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary is up to £55K with a £5K car allowance as well as company benefits.
