My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in Brighton (central). You will have your electrical qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ3, 18th Edition) as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Working in a team of 5, you will be carrying out:
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Lighting and power
- Single and 3 phase
- Sockets and data points
- Fault finding on fuse boards
- Emergency lighting
- Mainly statutory checks
- Escorting sub-contractors
- General paperwork
