Our client is an established FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician for a Shopping Centre in Leicester. As the Maintenance Electrician, you will join a small team of engineers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to the whole site.
You will carry out daily PPMs, and reactive works that includes 20% electrical and 80% building fabric and minor repairs.
The successful Maintenance Electrician must have a proven track record in a similar role and be qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 as a minimum.
Working hours are Mon-Fri (37.5hrs per week) with alternating shifts of 7am-3.30pm and 12.30pm-9.00pm, including 1 weekend in 5.
Pension
This is a lovely role for someone local who enjoys working as part of a team.
