My client is currently recruiting for a hard services area manager to look after several contracts in London. You will have come from a hard services maintenance background with a proven track record in managing client and staff.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- Looking after 2 large contracts and 5 smaller contracts
- Working with the clients
- Reporting
- P&L management
- Managing direct reports
- Reporting back to senior management
- Compliance
- Projects
- Meetings
- Other duties as required
Hours are flexible depending on meetings and reports.
Salary is £75K plus car allowance or travel allowance.
